Trump Leads All Democrats in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin…It’s Not Even Close

Firehouse/Optimus December Battleground State Poll has released its latest quarterly polling of likely voters in the states of Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, and the results will not make Democrats happy.

Three huge blocks in the Blue Wall the Democrats need to win elections are all swinging away from Democrats as quickly as it can.

President Trump leads Joe Biden in Michigan 46-41, in Pennsylvania 46-41 and in Wisconsin 48-39.

The other top contenders don’t do nearly as well.

Those three states doomed Hillary in 2016, and they are not nearly as close this time around.

Winning those three states in 2016 carried him to over 300 electoral votes and a huge lead against Hillary Clinton.

It’s not surprising, considering the crowds showing up for Trump rallies are even more massive than they were three years ago.

President Trump beats Elizabeth Warren in Michigan by nine points, Bernie Sanders by six, Pete Buttigieg by eleven, and Michael Bloomberg by eleven.

This could also be bad news for incumbent Senator Gary Peters, who is running against John James. There is definitely a chance for a pick up in that state.

In Pennsylvania, Bide’s home state, Trump leads him by five, and only Michael Bloomberg is closer at -4.

In Wisconsin, no one comes close to President Trump, with Democrats losing by an average of over 10 points down, with Biden coming the closest at -9.

From Firehouse Strategies:

This week we continued our quarterly battleground polling series in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin asking likely 2020 general election voters their political opinions on President Trump, the 2020 presidential election, and impeachment.

We polled voters through a combination of live landline, live cell, and peer-to-peer text message to web survey modes from December 3rd to December 5th. A summary of our results is presented below.

As the impeachment process heats up in Washington, Donald Trump is seeing a boost in support in crucial swing states.

Across the board, President Trump is polling well against the Democratic field in each of these battleground states.

Notably, Vice President Biden has seen a sharp decline in support in our surveys as he currently runs behind President Trump in each of the three states.
