Strangulation As Cause Of Death Not Supported in Floyd Autopsy Report

George Floyd died from the combined results of being restrained by police, potential intoxicants, and his underlying health issues, together with heart disease, based on preliminary findings from an autopsy, according to the Hennepin County Attorney who is charged with the case.

Does anyone at this point believe that?  I’m not saying the preliminary findings are not correct.  I’m just a writer, so I don’t know anything about writing autopsy reports but talk about diluting an issue.

The way I would have said it would be Floyd died by a combination of 98 percent the way the police restrained him, with 1 percent possible intoxicants, and 1 percent underlying health issues.

Democrats are the slime of the earth.  Even now, the Democrat prosecutor and coroner’s office are trying to make it appear that all three things are of equal weight.  But that falls flat on its face when you just think that. but for the fact that the cop had his knee on Floyd’s neck, the man would still be alive today.  Even if he was on something and had underlying health issues, they weren’t going to kill him that fateful day.  No, it was the way the police restrained him that brought about Floyd’s demise.

Nothing was revealed to support the argument of strangulation as the cause of death, the Associated Press reported.

According to the Washington Times, the complaint from the Hennepin County Attorney stated, “Mr. Floyd had underlying health conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease.”  This was the same man who stupidly publicly announced that “there’s other evidence that does not support a criminal charge” at a time when there were mobs of protesters in the city of Minneapolis claiming they don’t trust the system there.

“The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by police, his underlying health conditions, and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death.”

Yeah, that’s gonna go over well with the angry mob.

There were no specific details about intoxicants, and toxicology results can take weeks, the AP noted.

During the 911 call that brought police to the scene, the caller described Floyd, who they believed was paying with a counterfeit bill, as “awfully drunk and he’s not in control of himself.”

The complaint charged that Derek Chauvin, the arresting officer, had his knee on the unarmed black man’s neck for 8 minutes and 46 seconds, almost 3 minutes after Mr. Floyd stopped moving and talking.

On Friday, Chauvin was charged with third-degree murder and manslaughter.

“Police are trained that this type of restraint with a subject in a prone position is inherently dangerous,” the complaint stated.
